Short Thank You's and Feedback
Thank you, Bel, for all of your feedback in my recent thread.
Really glad to see that we were able to exchange ideas without always fully agreeing and still end off positively (I haven't always been the best at that :).
Looking forward to brainstorming with you again in the future and sharing any feedback that I can for you as well.

Thank you @Lucio for commenting on my thread on Change Managers/protecting your patch. I really appreciate it because it is a bit specialised and I suspect it's a bit of a chore to comment on the low traffic threads.
It might seem like I am just journalling what I am doing but really it is a check-in so it helps me a lot. I suspect power dynamics is like redpill it is very easy to swing the pendulum too far and end up uncalibrated in the opposite direction which is probably even more harmful.
At the macro level as a community I think we have added significantly more depth in the practical application of power dynamics tactics in the world of work. I know when I first rocked up here and saw the sales page I was thinking too oriented towards private life. If I had seen all of these in depth workplace threads on the forum I wouldn't have had a seconds hesitation in joining up. So the value might seem a little hidden but I think it is there. And it should be virtuous circle in that people who are attracted by that type of content are probably going to be active forum members and keep the engine spinning

Yep, great observations, agree on both points.
This thread is a great example.
I remember how it once was - a long time ago:
Questions were asked here (often directly addressed at Lucio specifically) and it felt to me at the time, we all kind of waited for Lucio to resolve it.
And he did - and then the topic was done, there was nothing to add, it was complete.
At the time there was no real feeling of a community (yet) - at least for me.
If one was short on time, one could go to the Activities Tab and look through what Lucio wrote.
But these days, that's certainly not enough. The whole forum dynamic has entirely changed.
Lucio is as brilliant as he always was, but he is not alone anymore.
So I want to thank (in alphabetical order) Ali, Bel, Growfast, John, Kavalier, LeaderOfFun, Mats G, Matthew, SocialPower, Transitioned and all the other contributors (that my tired mind probably forgot to mention), that provide so many great questions, insights and valuable perspectives.
I'm not sure I ever explicitly did this, so this is a good opportunity to do so.
Thank you for your time and the effort that goes into sharing your valuable thoughts with us.
And of course - thank you Lucio. You made our development possible.

And, I totally agree. It's a privilege to see how far the TPM community has come and I'm grateful Lucio was (and still is) willing to answer questions to help us advance in our development until we can reach a point in our growth where we can contribute more to this community and its development.

And I also couldn't agree more, it's truly astounding to see the development that many guys have done over (a short period of) time.
The thread you link is a great example of that: even while knowing that anyone who wrote there was flying high, it was still impressive to see how quickly and precisely the analyses were.
My own post after those didn't really add anything that wasn't already there.
And just 1-2 years ago it wouldn't have been like that.

Stef left a message on YouTube saying he couldn't get the password to reset (haven't caught up with YB messages in a while, and since I've not heard anyone else saying anything about pass reset I didn't take action).
And I say the same for Matthew, would be cool to see him again.

Bel, I wanted to note that it seems like you're looking at taking both my feedback and Lucio's into account when formulating your decisions on that particular situation.
And, I think it may be better if you focus more on taking Lucio's feedback over mine now because:
- He knows more about those attorney's power dynamics
- He seems to have more background/context information from engaging with you in past threads
- I'm still a beginner in many areas
Especially given that Lucio didn't like my last post (which is completely fine, BTW), that could be Lucio's polite way of saying he doesn't fully agree with everything I said. And, in that case, taking more of Lucio's wisdom over mine could lead to better results for you.
Either way, still happy to chip in when I can and if we all agree it's helpful, all the better.
