Short Thank You's and Feedback
Quote from B on May 23, 2022, 4:28 pmThank you, Ali for your comments on that thread.
I think your point of view was totally on point, and I also think considering both your POV and that of Lucio is going to get me the best results.
In the end the choice and responsibility in going forward with this is mine in any case.My feeling is also that Lucio read the thread quickly, without picking up each single point discussed. You on the other hand read it more thoroughly.
So Ali please free to comment on your personal idea upon whether to mention the certified email thing or not in my reply, as well as on further posts there, if you wish.

Thank you for the kind note, @aliscarlett.
And even more, thank you so much for the awesome ideas -or shall I say, the countless awesome ideas, feedback, advice- on sales pages, marketing, logos, etc. etc.
Last one on the long list being PU's revolutionized sales page (something that will be implemented soon, BTW).

Quote from Ali Scarlett on May 26, 2022, 5:11 pmThank you for your "thank you", Lucio.
With that latest idea on the sales page, it's now starting to feel like I'm approaching repaying my debt for the impact that your work has had on my life. (I always felt like I paid too little and you gave too much, even despite my own efforts playing a role in my results today.)
And, even after I feel that debt has been repaid, I'll still be happy to contribute anything I can as a happy member of TPM (and as a friend).
Looking forward to potentially creating another PU sales page feedback thread for the new one :).

Quote from John Freeman on June 13, 2022, 10:15 pmIt's been long overdue.
I want to thank you personnally Lucio.
Since I've started my journey with PU and on these boards, my Life improved a lot. I printed yesterday the 10 traits of a high-quality man and I was thinking: well, I do have them now. It's not bragging since I will say that the self-care is where I'm lacking the most. However, when I read them it does not feel like this is another person.
Each time I see your pop-up saying that Power is the number 1 key to success, I'm thinking: that's right. What a journey!
And now I'm starting SU, so I have no clue where this is going to lead me. I'm very excited! Now I can start to see myself with beautiful women as I now get closer and closer to being the kind of guy that gets these kind of women.
All this to say that the best compliment I could pay to you is that the self-development that you propose works. It's not theoretical, it's totally practical. You basing it as much as possible on science and having a critical mind has a lot to do with it. As you noticed a lot of self-development is rooted in La-La land and/or is just nice ideas. You bring self-development that is rooted in reality.
So thank you very much for everything! I now understand that it's only a matter of effort and discipline to go where I want to be since I do have now a proper source of information.

Quote from Lucio Buffalmano on June 14, 2022, 12:22 amBOOM! Thank you so much for the note and kinds words, John, it's a heartwarming one.
I can also send a big thank you back, so many of your notes, feedback, and case studies enriched TPM, PU, power dynamics and what you (correctly, I think) call "practical self-development".

Quote from Ali Scarlett on June 16, 2022, 1:48 pmThank you Bel, Kevin, John, and Lucio for your feedback in my recent thread!
Very, very insightful and has helped me come to my decision.

Quote from John Freeman on July 8, 2022, 3:16 pmI want to thank Lucio for your recent intervention regarding the recent exchanges in the feed-back thread.
I want to honor your leadership as it takes courage to go into the melee and untangle things between people. These are difficult conversations to have.
I also want to honour your learner's attitude as you're clearly ready to pay the price of learning. A true learner.
Thanks for the inspiration and the example.

Quote from Ali Scarlett on August 3, 2022, 5:45 pmFirst off, let me say that Lucio has already given many "thank yous" in this thread. And, I've read them all and they all mean a lot to me.
And yet, whenever a "thank you" is made to him here, he seems to feel inclined to respond with a "thank you" back as well.
So, let me say this to start: no pressure to respond to this message, Lucio, you've given many thanks already :). (There's a power dynamics element of this "thank you" message possibly coming across as social scalping for its potential to seem like fishing for more gratitude.)
This message is more so I can express my own gratitude because that sales page feedback thread has been quite the journey (as well as the development of the sales page itself).
So, a big thank you to everyone who read my ideas in that thread and to Lucio for allowing me the opportunity to share my thoughts and feedback.
It's an honor to have played such a major hand in the newest sales page for Power University.
And, while there's no guarantee that it will work (and happy to accept that I was wrong if that turns out to be the case), I'm still grateful for having been able to continue sharpening my marketing psychology skills, given my thoughts to TPM (whereas this community maybe could've shunned me as someone who needs to show more "proof of qualification" before sharing anything), and shared in a collaborative effort to make this awesome site even better with a sales page that better represents its high quality of character.
Looking forward to giving many more contributions in the future and, if this works, happy to start taking a look at the sales page for SU as well.

Quote from Lucio Buffalmano on August 3, 2022, 8:32 pmThank you for the note, Ali, and again, thank you man (to use John's technique to stress that it's me who has to say "thank you" to you :).
We'll see if there will be important changes in the sales/conversions rate.
My guess is that the page itself may not make a huge difference since probably most people who purchase have read some of the articles or interacted with TPM for some time. But the main thing is that, even if it were to stay completely the same, that's a huge win.
You swap a salesy page that more than one person complained and made fun of (and I always even agreed with them) for a classy one that looks awesome and, as you say, better represents TPM and its character?
That's just awesome, and it feels good and "right".
