I really liked your 2 previous articles I think the format is great for the blog. It fits well.
Regarding the new video format I like the incrustation. IMO it could be bigger, the shape be more classical (eg. rectangle) and stay in one spot. It could become the whole screen when you’re making an important point such as a take home message with a written text below. I’m aware it’s tricky to figure out. I think there are 2 modalities: when you comment on what the person says (incrustation) with maybe a replay after you say it. For instance you show the example, then comment on it in incrustation (or in full screen) then you replay the same example with the written comment as he speaks (like you did at the end). Then you conclude the teaching point with you in full screen with the take home message written below (second modality). So mode 1 (incrustation): comment on the video, mode 2 (you in full screen): teaching point/conclusion. Some of these things you already do.
